1. Start by using a warm, damp towel on all areas of the body where cream will be applied. This will relax pores allowing absorption of the cream.
2. Apply a small amount of cream to the target areas once a day. Evenly massage in a clockwise direction from top to bottom until fully absorbed.
3. To achieve a slimmer waist, massage cream on stomach, back & obliques. Wear a fitted, cotton tank top/shirt then place our Fitness Waist/Thigh/Butt/Shaper over the tank top/shirt/Leggings and begin your workout for best results.
